Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg pre-chopped cabbage and carrot mix
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Flavored vinegar oil, like Hendrickson’s Original Sweet Vinegar and Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place cabbage in a bowl
  2. Add mustard and salt and pepper to taste
  3. Add some vinegar and mayonnaise
  4. Mix well
  5. If you do not have flavored vinegar oil, add more mayonnaise
  6. If you can’t find slaw mix at your grocery, you can chop or shred a small head of cabbage and grate a carrot.
  7. Store in refrigerator until chilled.
  8. Serve Cold
