Chocolate Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups butter, softened
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 egg
3 cups cake flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
4 ounces sweet chocolate
Instructions
Cream the butter and powdered sugar together. Add the egg.
Sift the flour, salt, and cocoa together and add the butter mixture.
Divide the dough into thirds and press and mold each into a long roll approximately 1-1/2″ in diameter. Roll in nuts, pressing them in on all sides.
Wrap each log in wax paper and let them set overnight.
Slice and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
Melt the sweet chocolate in a double boiler and frost the cookies.
