Cashew Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

  • Head of lettuce, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • Cashews
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp celery seed
  • pinch pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

 
  1. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, pepper, salt and dry mustard
  2. Do not refrigerate
  3. Make this dressing in the morning and shake it every time you think about it during the day.
  4. Just before serving, pour over the lettuce
  5. Top with cashews and the cream cheese
  6. Toss
