Broccoli Cheese Cornbread
Good with soup or salad
Ingredients
1 Stick Butter
4 eggs
1 onion chopped
1 pkg chopped broccoli, drained
1/4 cup milk
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg of Jiffy cornbread mix
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Melt butter
Add ingredients one at a time
Mix after adding each ingredient
Spray 9×14 pan with Pam
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
