Ingredients
1 loaf Italian or French bread
1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled. We like maple sausage.
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
12 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
Instructions
Spray a 9×13″ pan.
Tear bread and cover the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the bread.
Crumble the cooked sausage over the cheese.
Beat the eggs and milk together and pour over the sausage and cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
In a 350 degree over, uncover the pan and bake for45 to 60 minutes.
