Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled. We like maple sausage.
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9×13″ pan.
  2. Tear bread and cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the bread.
  4. Crumble the cooked sausage over the cheese.
  5. Beat the eggs and milk together and pour over the sausage and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  8. In a 350 degree over, uncover the pan and bake for45 to 60 minutes.
