Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 – 15 ounce can of black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 purple onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Marinate overnight for best flavor.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritoes Scoops.
