Beef Vegetable Soup – Crock Pot

Warning! Use only canned vegetables; substituting fresh or frozen doesn’t work…

Ingredients

  • 1 pound stew meat, cubed small
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 to 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 package of beef with onion soup mix
  • 1 can beef broth

Instructions

  1. Add the beef broth and the packaged soup mix first, stirring until well mixed.
  2. Put everything else in the crockpot for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. I usually do this overnight on low and turn it to warm after I sample it first thing in the morning.
