Sausage Balls

I love these appetizers. I made them for our New Year’s Eve party for 2002 with Teresa and her family. I used half mild and half hot sausage so that they wouldn’t be too hot for the kids.

Ingredients

  • 2c Bisquick
  • 1lb hot sausage (Good quality or it will be too greasy)
  • 12oz. grated sharp cheddar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Form into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
